Accelerating Skill Integration with Conversational AI

Most people encounter conversational AI when trying to book a flight or fix a computer. But, instead of a client-bot relationship, can conversational AI also serve as a simulated partner? More specifically, how can chatbots be leveraged to practice skills? How can these skills transfer to real world situations? My talk explores these questions through a demo of a chatbot that our team developed. The chatbot trains undergraduates to become more adept mentors for English language learners.
